The Grassmarket was once Edinburgh’s main marketplace, and now it’s one of the city’s most vibrant areas. There’s a large selection of cafés and bars and a great Saturday market selling a range of tasty street food and arts and crafts. Minutes away from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, Victoria Street is just round the corner featuring some of Edinburgh’s most interesting independent shops and eateries. Waverley train station and Princes Street are also just a short walk away.

Our apartment is quietly located on the ground floor of a small apartment block with its own private entrance. Heriot Bridge is a quiet street; you’ll get a good night’s sleep even though you’re in the bustling heart of the Old Town.

The spacious, cosy interior is beautifully furnished and decorated in our individual style with a mix of new, vintage and up-cycled pieces. Expect all the comforts of a boutique hotel, with plenty of space to relax and plan your next Edinburgh adventure.

The living room has a comfy three-seater sofa, vintage G Plan wingback chair, dining table, HD TV, Bluray player, stereo, and WIFI. The bright kitchen is well-stocked with complimentary breakfast cereals, milk, tea and good coffee and you’ll find all the kit you need if you want to cook. The luxurious bedroom has a comfortable double bed with crisp, white Egyptian cotton sheets and lots of storage space. The bathroom has a bath and shower and we provide a full range of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion) so you can travel light. Each guest gets a set of fluffy white towels.
